Coaching is a more intimate intervention for an/a individual, group or system. Instead of introducing lenses to look at things differently from the get-go, we bring in lenses progressively in coaching. The beauty of this approach is that the lenses built are unique to the coachees. Changing the way you see changes your mindset and the way you do things, thus changing the result.

We offer coaching on three levels:

Executive Coaching

One-to-one coaching to support individual development. The focus here is on coaching a person rather than solving a problem. Our coaching methodology includes Integral, Ontological and Gestalt Coaching.

Group Coaching

Coaching a group involves paying attention to power, politics, interpersonal and group dynamics all at the same time while solving REAL problems. Our group coaching methodology includes Process Coaching and Action Learning Coaching.

System Coaching

Coaching a system involves the inclusion of the microcosm of the system. The group size spans from 5 to as large as 100-over participants. Our process allows the system to unfold and let the third entity speak. Our System Coaching methodology is based on Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
