Organisation Development (OD) is a large field of work that focuses on bringing health to a system through strategic interventions at different levels within the system. It examines both structure and narrative of a system to find strategic intervention points for change. These interventions require a deep understanding of the nature of work from the intrapersonal level to the system level. 

In addition to the above, many skills identified by Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) to be future-ready skills are captured in many concepts and models in the field of OD. In order to prepare our youths to be future-ready, our educators must be equipped with future-ready skills.
