Yen Kai has more than 20 years of training and facilitation experience with youths, educators, corporates and government bodies. He has been running his own training companies since 2006 for youths, educator and corporate clients.
Yen Kai is skilled in Training and Facilitation in the areas of Leadership, Pedagogy, Mentoring, Train-The-Trainer, Experiential and Process Facilitation. He had trained more than 10,000 educators since 2010 in the area of PLT Facilitation, PAL Facilitation, CCE Facilitation, SDE Facilitation, Teachable Moments as well as Boosting Engagement. His clients includes Academy of Singapore Teachers, Student Development & Curriculum Division, CCE Branch, OE Branch, several clusters and many schools.
He is a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning (WIAL) and a Certified Professional Facilitator with the International Association of Facilitators. As an AL Coach, he works with the team to develop leadership competencies while solving real-life problems simultaneously. As a Process Facilitator, he facilitates the discussion among management teams and the whole organization as part of the Strategic Planning and VMV Process.
In 2018, Yen Kai moved into the field of Organization Development (OD) to deepen his practice. He graduated from 25 days International Gestalt Organization & Leadership Development Program (iGOLD), which spanned over two years. He also completed NTL’s Organization Development Certification Program (ODCP).
His next aim is to support the school system in Coaching, Organisation Development to develop a workplace that is safe and healthier. He truly believe that our educators need to develop future-ready competencies to prepare our youths to be future ready.

Dr. Jasmine Low acquired extensive knowledge of HR and Organizational Development during her Master and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. She focuses in the area of Organizational Health, Culture & Change Management, Leadership & Team development. Her passion for organizational and people development was ascertained with the ‘Young Organizational Psychologist with Talent’ awarded by the Colegio Oficial de Psicólogos de Madrid in 2016. Dr. Jasmine also holds two prestigious scholarship – the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship by the European Commission and FPU Scholarship by Spanish Government. This also has led her to peruse professional certification as an Organizational Relationship and System Coach.
Dr. Jasmine has more than 15 years of training and facilitation experience both locally and in Europe. Prior to her post graduate journey, she has trained over 200,000 professionals, managers and youths in areas like Management, Leadership, Team Development, and Change Management. With the vision of enhancing organizational health and potential, she is currently researching and developing evidenced based practice for creating and holding Safe Space for mental wellbeing conversations. Her recent OD clients include SG Enable, MOE AST, ThekChanCholing, Woodlands Health, Bone Marrow Donor Program, Starhub, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, OmanTel, Human Resource Online, SPH Limited, and SFA Industry Engagement FGD.
